Responsibilities
Maintain the ISO 9001and/or TS16949 Management Systems
Interface with customers to resolve quality issues and facilitate quality-planning (APQP) and development of work instructions for customer-specific requirements.
Conducts quality audits (ISO or Customer Requirements)
Participates in the improvement of the manufacturing process for existing products.
Analyzes quality trends through data mining and analysis and resolves quality issues through root cause analysis and problem solving processes (PSP).
