You will be practicing Industry Research, Headhunting, Professional Networking/Industry Mapping and handle End-to-End Recruitment Cycle for our key accounts. Your key responsibilities/learning for this role will not be limited to: -
Sourcing & screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds.
Building professional network, headhunting and business development.
Learn & handle complete recruitment lifecycle.
Reaching out to relevant target audience/candidates, conducting initial phone screens and selecting candidates as per the clients requirement.
Taking initial exploratory interviews.
Following the entire recruitment process with the selected candidates.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
Give efficient recruitment solutions to clients and candidates.
