Need 2 room mates for the room. It's a semi furnished room with new 3 cupboards, sofa, chairs, kitchen, refregirator and 3 shells for books and shoes. All the materials are bought from us like 4 buckets, all room cleaning materials, then cooking materials and etc. it is on the 3 floor of building, with newly paint and cleaned. Best location for the MIT students, and road touch room. No heating its a open and cool room our experience. Then we had bought it from broker so the money structure is like 30000 brokerage, rent 22000 and deposit 55000. Therefore per person the brokerage will be 6000, rent will be 4400 and deposit will be 11000 total money for starting month will be 21400 and other months deposit will be 4400 only not including light bill. Best room we are 3 students here of MIT college requried 2 more for urgent.
